This OECD document is a draft on future
“Guidelines for Cryptography”.
Dated first week of September this draft is obviously
a revised edition of the July 15 paper, authored by the
“Group of Experts on Security, Privacy
and Intellectual Property Protection
in the Global Information Infrastructure”


The final edition OECD guideline, due to be issued in December,
will be delayed, expert sources said to quintessenz.

to public analysis and critique.

Media Commission contemplates pro forma liberal crypto laws.
A rigid framework is planned to introduce
de facto key escrow.
